everything was very good, the buffet breakfast was totally worth it. staff were always caring and cordial too. the bathroom was beautiful & the bedroom was large.

We enjoyed our stay there, it was restful. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of food. Glorious view of valley. Fairly clean and nicely presented hotel in Hoan Kiem district.
Downside was the air conditioner, it was weak.

Fab location, spent my time lovely. I had double room which was modest, very big bed. Hotel was perfectly clean, and the staff was simply always pleasant. The food at the continental breakfast was amazing! Efficient service and a lovely pool onsite.

Had a real good time. The room was cosy and exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. Breakfast staff as other staff members were amiable. Convenient check-in and PERFECT customer service.
